Subject to the conditions below, the prices set out on the Bubi & Me website are effective as of the date therein indicated. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Money Order or Cheque at Bubi & Me’s discretion.
All products are supplied delivered to retailer’s nominated address, indicated in the internet, fax or mail order. Shipping fee is usually between $5.50 & $12.50 depending on Austpost charges.
Order will be dispatched once full payment has been received & cleared.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed. In very limited cases, we may be able to process changes or cancel your order if has not been processed for shipment and sent to the warehouse.
Changes in Products Distributed by Bubi & Me, Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
From time to time Bubi & Me suppliers may change and/or discontinue particular products. Bubi & Me can also change composition or selection of products available at any time without notice. We have made every effort to have the latest pictures of every product available through Bubi & Me website.
Information on our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your
order). Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Our products have been carefully selected and we stand by the quality of our products. We have great confidence that you will absolutely love your purchase; however, if you are not 100% happy ... we will gladly exchange product (please see conditions of returns for more details). We will gladly exchange within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
A Return Authorisation Number (RA#) must be obtained for all items returned for an exchange.
Should you deem a product faulty, we urge you to contact us via email to discuss and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Faulty concerns must be raised within 4 days of purchase. We will credit, exchange or refund the cost of the faulty item, on the approval of fault. Delivery and packing charges on returns are not refundable.

Conditions for Returns
• Customer needs to contact Bubi & Me within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. No exchanges will be processed after seven (7) days.
• A copy of the receipt ought to accompany the returned item.
• Additional delivery charges for the exchange will be charged accordingly.
• Delivery and packing charges on returns are not refundable.
• Please ensure RA# is clearly labeled on parcel or enclosed.
• All items returned must have original labels and packaging intact.
• Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
If goods are received damaged by Bubi & Me but were shipped undamaged by the customer, we cannot take any responsibility for goods received damaged.
We endeavor to bring you a safe and secure shopping experience by not processing payments through our website.
We do collect information from you such as name, e-mail, phone number and postal address. Your personal information is never shared, sold, rented or otherwise disclosed outside the company, as per the ‘National Privacy Principals. Payments can be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Money Order or Cheque at Bubi & Me’s discretion.
If retailer has an account with Bubi & Me invoices must be paid within 14 days of invoice date. Late fees of 10% per day will apply for everyday or part therein that an invoice is late. Approval in writing can be given to a retailer for the lateness in paying invoices but retailer must notify Bubi & Me on or before the date the payment is due and is at the discretion of Bubi & Me.
Bubi & Me retains the title to the products ordered by you, until full payment including freight (if applicable) is received.
Accounts will automatically be given at Bubi & Me’s discretion after the retailer’s third (3rd) order.
All products are supplied delivered to retailer’s nominated address, indicated in the internet, fax or mail order. Shipping is free for orders over $200.00 otherwise a shipping fee of $9.95 will apply. Bubi & Me can also accommodate purchases of small orders and sent them via Austpost for $5.10.
Pick up is possible from our head-office at 48 Ringrose Avenue, Greystanes NSW 2145.
Order will be dispatched seven (7) to ten (10) days after order is placed (Invoice date will adjusted to the date that goods leave our premises).
Bubi & Me shall not be liable for injury or damage to or destruction or loss arising out of the pick-up of Goods and whether or not caused by the default (including negligence) of Bubi & Me or any agent, servant or officer of Bubi & Me or any other person entitled to the benefit of these conditions.

If delivery contains products not selected by the retailer when the order was placed Bubi & Me will exchange products providing products have not been used or opened. The retailer needs to contact Bubi & Me within seven (7) days from the date of invoice. No claims will be recognized after seven (7) days.
Retailer must pay return freight costs to Bubi & Me when error in ordering was due to the retailer and not a Bubi & Me error.
Retailer’s bank account will be credited for the goods returned once verification of products is carried out; if goods were received damaged by Bubi & Me but were shipped undamaged by the retailer, we cannot take any responsibility for goods received damaged.
Damaged goods and missing products must be advised to Bubi & Me on receipt of goods at the time of delivery and within seven (7) days. Otherwise, it is difficult to put a claim through after this time. Delivery and packing charges on returns are not refundable.
Bubi & Me may decide at any time and at its absolute discretion to discontinue supplying products to a retailer. Without limiting this discretion (and by way of examples only), such termination may occur if:
1) Payment of Outstanding Invoices hasn’t been paid & are overdue;
